Vehicle Rental
BYU Vehicle Rental is located in the Motor Pool Office Building (PPMO) at 850 East 900 North, just east of the Brewster Building (BRWB) and across the street from the BYU Service Station on the south end of campus. We have sedans, four-wheel drive vehicles, vans, and box trucks available to campus departments on a rental basis for university business only. Travel authorization is mandatory for all rental vehicle assignments. Complete the Vehicle Rental Request Form to secure a reservation.

Vehicle Rental Resources
Please review the BYU University Vehicle Policy and University Vehicle Procedures for instructions on vehicle use and driver requirements before submitting a Vehicle Rental Request Form. All drivers of the rented vehicle, including students, must review the university's Travel Policy.
The Vehicle Types and Rental Rates chart lists the type of vehicles available and the cost of rental for each based on the mileage or the length of time the rental is needed. For your convenience, a Mileage Distance Chart is available that lists the round trip mileage required to travel from BYU to major city destinations in Utah, the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
