Project RYZE
Physical Facilities is taking an important step forward to better support the growing needs of the campus. After an extensive, year-long evaluation process conducted in partnership with the BYU Office of IT, we previously announced that AssetWorks has been selected as our new integrated facilities management system. Designed for higher education, AssetWorks will unify processes across Physical Facilities and provide a modern, data-driven foundation for managing assets, space, work orders, capital planning, fleet operations, and more. Service Request
A service request is used to request campus repairs or routine maintenance. This form expedites the service request process by allowing project specifics for the desired work to be described in brief, simple terms (i.e., leaking faucet, broken chair, carpet cleaning).
***The Service Request Form is for Academic and Athletic Campus Buildings Only***
It is not intended for housing maintenance or Wilkinson Student Center (WSC) requests. Please direct any housing or WSC maintenance requests to your building manager.
