"Valerie recently worked on two projects for me. In both cases, she was extremely responsive and kept me updated throughout her work. The more significant project required about 135 IT spaces throughout housing to be rekeyed. This was a large project and was requested during a busy time for the key office. However, Valerie worked with me to determine the order of work to stay ahead of our project. She communicated throughout, delivered ahead of our project, and was great to work with. Valerie, and frankly the whole lock shop, continuously deliver on the projects I request. Valerie is focused on customers and fulfilling work as quick as possible."
