Kelly Brooks

"Kelly was tasked with helping to clean chillers across campus. She took the initiative to ask for sole responsibility in cleaning an entire plant, normally a task for several people over several months. Kelly completed it through hard work, determination, and time management. She finished in Jess than half of the time expected. When she started this task, the chillers were in a dirtier state than has been seen on campus before, but Kelly was able to clean these more thoroughly and remove additional debris build up over several years. Kelly then took on another plant with the same results. Her hard work and attention to detail will make for a more efficient and reliable operation of cooling systems on campus this summer. While working on this task, Kelly also filled in as the AC shop's secretary and other tasks on campus when needed. Kelly continues to demonstrate the ability to recognize tasks, perform them to high results, and maintain other responsibilities."
