"Jeff's actions over the Thanksgiving weekend are a remarkable example of dedication and selflessness in the workplace. Upon being notified of a major water leak in a restricted and highly sensitive area in the LSB, and because building care does not normally enter this area, Jeff could have easily passed the responsibility of clean-up to the responsible personnel and gone about his day. However, he chose to go beyond his job requirements by coming in on his day off during a holiday to help clean up the flood.

He worked non-stop for 6 hours alongside the area's responsible personnel, ultimately cutting down on the clean-up time and reducing the possible damage to the building. This act of kindness and dedication not only helped the team in charge of cleaning up the flood but also showcased Jeff's commitr:nent to his job and his colleagues. His actions demonstrate that going above and beyond the call of duty can not only benefit the college but also make a positive impact on the lives of those around us."
