Greg Hooke

"Respect and Belonging for All Individuals - Over the past two years, Greg has served as the Managing Director of Facilities Operations. Since assuming this role, I have had the opportunity to observe the influence he has on those he engages with. Having experienced the leadership of three directors during my time in Facilities, it is evident that Greg has made the most significant contribution to cultivating a sense of value and respect among individuals. Greg takes the time to get to know all his employees and peers. When speaking with Greg, I feel like I am treated as an equal and I know others that feel the same. Since Greg started working for Physical Facilities, department satisfaction has greatly increased. In my present position in Production Services, I've worked closely with Greg to establish an atmosphere of efficient communication, resulting in a positive influence on employee morale across both departments. These are just a few instances of my interactions why I believe Greg Hook deserves this award."
