EXCEEDING CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS

"On October 19th there was a leak that developed in a sewer line on the WSC 1st floor. As occurs many times, Geoff Johnson was notified to resolve the problem. Because of the age of the pipes and the complexity of the many different lines converging into this area, identifying the location of the leak and blockage was very difficult. Geoff had to trace several pipes and try auguring in multiple access points. Because of the potential for water damage and trying to incur the least amount of interference on the high demand businesses, Geoff was under pressure to find a solution. Geoff worked most of the day on this issue and passed his normal daily ending time. He worked well into the evening, only stopping briefly to go home, grab some food, get some rest and return to the problem early the next morning. With the help of some other technicians, the problem was finally identified and resolved. Although Geoff definitely exceeded our expectations by working non-stop for many hours to fix the sewer leak and blockage, these types of actions are common for Geoff He is always quick to respond, hardworking, and maintains a friendly positive demeanor constantly."
