He's always willing to lend a hand and go above and beyond to support his colleagues. He actively builds others up by offering insight and suggestions that improve our efforts. His positive attitude and strong communication skills create a great work environment where everyone feels valued and motivated. He's always willing to share credit for our teams' achievements and successes. His ability to lead is evident in his ability to collaborate with different departments and facilities. I personally have been blessed by his ability to lead a team. In the short time I've been an employee at BYU, I've felt accepted and valued by Eric and those I work with.
