The Data Center is a primary hub of the worldwide computer, storage, and networking operations for BYU and the Church. Its safekeeping requires adherence to meticulous cleaning and maintenance standards.

The Data Center has been in relatively good shape during its 20+ years of existence. However, Brad's work has allowed us to rebuild even greater confidence in this aging facility's ability to safely sustain the critical operations and technical assets of BYU and the Church. We trust that all building care needs will be noticed and taken care of with Brad in the lead.

Brad has not only done a good job maintaining previous performance from this team. He has taken the customer experience to a whole new level. For example, without us asking he reviewed and improved cleaning and maintenance processes and operations. This resulted in several areas of improvement, including cleaning of areas that had previously been overlooked. Brad is also actively and personally involved in the actual work, which means he has been able to proactively identify and coordinate resolutions to issues that needed attention before we even noticed the issues.

I cannot overstate how valuable Brad's efforts have been as we have sought new ways to protect this valuable facility and the associated operations. He definitely deserves this award."
